So i got my bike, but I can only bike like 10 miles at a time before getting winded. What should I do to increase my abilities.

I'm so lame to ride with you guys just yet, but I'm working on it!

it takes time! Just keep on riding. Get comfortable with your bike and the clipping/uncliping deal, and work on your miles which is done by riding as much as you can. Just because you are new to this makes you lame! You will be just fine Wink

Dude I felt the same way. But from riding in a group I saw improvments than just riding alone. Come to our rides on tues and thurs and its never a race when we ride together.

The only way for you to get better is to come and ride with us. In many of the cases when people get winded so fast doesn't mean that they are not strong enough necessary. Some Don't drift enough, some work on too low of a cadnance and some don't eat enough too.

See you Tuesday!

well I will be at the park today at around 6 right after school for a really slow ride. Hope to see any of you guys there.

Karl, if you want I live on Buffalo Speedway and Holcombe we can meet here and ride together on Tuesdays and Thursdays and ride together to the park, just make sure you are strong enough before you do that.

What time are you going to be there today?
