We are approaching the two week deadline for Texas State.  If your name is NOT on the list below and you are planning to go to Texas State you need to talk to Izzy or I IMMEDIATELY!! This means we do not have your waiver and if we do not get it by Thursday you cannot compete at TX State Mar 28th and 29th.

No, these are just the people with waivers turned in.  All of these people will be put on the roster for Texas State since the clubs department would rather have too many names than too few, so we just include everyone eligible to go on the roster and figure out who is actually going later.

Send that info to Izzy, unless we already collected the info from you at the meeting.  Everyone that raced last weekend should be good to go, just let us know if you are for sure going to come so we can make propper hotel arrangements.

Here are the important dates for this race weekend:
Friday March 13th - Must have waiver signed and information to Izzy.  If already complete, don't need to worry. (Contact Izzy: aiar1986@gmail.com or post on this thread)
Wednesday March 18th - Determine if you will be needing a hotel room in San Marcos and for which nights (Fri and/or Sat night) (Contact Kris or post on this thread)
Saturday March 29th 9:00am First race starts.  If you are going to race you better be there by then!  And if you show up and want to race but haven't said anything before this, you better have your own hotel reservations, because you aren't staying with us!

Again, here is the list of people who we have information and a signed waiver for.  IF YOU ARE ON THIS LIST, YOU ONLY NEED TO LET US KNOW BY NEXT WEDNESDAY IF YOU WILL BE NEEDING A HOTEL ROOM OR NOT AND WHICH DAYS YOU ARE RACING.
