So here is a letter that I sent to Dr. Bloom the head department of kinesiolog with his response.

Hello,

I would like to first of all to start and say that you are teaching one of the most interesting classes I have ever taken. Your knowledge about the human physiology and movement is stunning to me and I just wish other professors will be able to teach like you.

Some of my Cougar cycling team mates and I were wondering if you be willing to hold a small seminar about recovery post and pre race or even post and pre ride, furthermore, I was wondering if you will be willing to teach us also some theraputical massages as well.

The information that will be given to us from such a seminar would be very beneficial for us as a cycling team. We as a Cougar team could do better in races and destroy people at finish lines, and in the same time it could mean faster recovery and prevention of injuries to us as well.

Please feel free to check us out at:
http://www.cougarcycling.com/
Or making a user name and finding out when rides are taking place at:
http://www.cougarcycling.com/forums2/

Thanks,
Aiar.

Aiar,
I would love to help the team to accomplish these goals.  I am in clinic on Tuesdays, which I believe you told me was the day you meet.  We would need to set up a seminar on a Friday afternoon to accomplish what you are asking.
Doc

Who is up for it? I think that two non racing Fridays can do a lot.

Lets start working some dates out.

I am up for it. I work every single friday and I have a break from 2-4:30pm. Just let me know what time and I will make arrangements if its not on my break frame.

P.S I am very excited about this.

Izzy, why dont you get a hand count on the following dates Feb 13th (whatever time you set) and Feb 20th(ditto)?.
People, I am sure the seminar wont be soo long, and this can be very beneficial before the upcoming races.
