Hey everyone, just from looking, it seems like most people's weakest event in a tri is the swim.  I talked to the coach and he's offering 2 weeks free to everyone of you guys that want to come out and give it a try.

Check out www.swimcoogs.com

It has all the info about the team.  They're on break right now but start back March 30th, and they're going to start with drills and easy aerobic stuff.  the coach, Greg, is a very experienced open water swimmer, and has a Master's world record in the 1500m free.

Swimmers of all abilities are welcome, and I promise you'll drastically improve.  If you have any questions, PM me
