Trey, it's not carbon, but it isn't too expensive and it should fit you.  You could make some money by selling the components:

Trey,  here is another one:  http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bik/1102289282.html.  I have a friend in Emeryville that knows bikes.  If you are inerested I could contact him and have him check it out and if okay then ship it to you.

Don't know.  The recall was for the Wolf SL and I don't see those markings on the fork.  According to bicycling.com those forks were only on cervelo models, but that isn't to say he didn't change out the fork.

Trey, now that I am back. I found a bike for you.  It's perfect for you and it's affordable.

You wuss! Let me look at your bike. Ill grab some duct tape and splint it like a broken arm. If duct tape can win our wars and hold fighter jets together, then i think it can do something for your bike. LOL!!! DUDE just use your old frame! You still have it don't you? Come on your embarrassing yourself.

Kris,

Why don't you work on some carbon in the lab and "patch up" his bike? Tongue

Trey,

If you're really bad off, I do have a nice 30 y/o Cannondale Black Lightning you can use. Tongue

Trey, this seems like an affordable option for frame repair:

http://www.calfeedesign.com/howtosendrepair.htm

edit:

from the cervelo forums:
Quote
I dropped my R3 and broke the top tube and had Calfee repair it. They do amazing work.  It was 500 including paint and shipping. My tope tube was the worst break on there scale so I think you would be cheaper.  It took about 4 weeks. ...
