Starting somewhere around April 25th, the Kenyan Way Running Club will start their summer session.  It's normally $160 for a 3-month schedule, but if I get someone else to sign up with me, I get $80 off, and if I get two people, I get to train for free.... However, I'm looking to split this benefit equally with whatever people sign up with me, so if I get one more person,we'll pay $120/person, and if I get two people we'll pay $107.  I don't know if there is any benefit after this but I can ask if I get an overwhelming response.  For more information go to www.kenyanway.com.  I think the only stipulation is that you can not have joined the group in the past.

hmmm, tempting....
but I'll just be coming off Boston and will want to take a break from training, maybe start cycling or swimming again....
i'd be more interested in joining in some time like August - 3 months before the NYC marathon - my goal would be to beat Lance Armstrong's 2007 time of 2:46:43 and I think the Kenyan Way can help me run a 2:40

I'm allergic to swimming...

hmm...tempting indeed.

I'm with Joe on this one though, I want to take a slight break from pure running.  Right now I need to concentrate on swimming and cycling, though an occasional run might be good.

However, if people are interested in running as a group sometime, I'm down for that.  Tour de Bayou is about to start...it's a start. Tongue
