Joining the team?

I am interested in joining the team, have emailed the contact site, etc...
Soooooo, what's next?
I am a sopLeipheimeredre here and have been riding for a long time, but not a lot of racing or anything...So I suppose I am a novice racer, but I keep up.
I have met Athar and Christine Sloat and Izzy, but I don't know how to get in touch with any of them.
Any team meetings happening soon? 
Somebody should definitely get in touch with me.
