Hey everyone..
I have my very first triathlon on October 25th... and I'm not so ready for the swim yet..
I was wondering if any of you guys can help me with my swim.
I need to get 1.2 miles down with easeee..   Lips Sealed

Yeah I've been training it.. but I'm having a hard time on swimming more "efficiently" I guess.. I get gassed pretty fast.  Feels as if I'm just trying to power through my swim when I'm not consciously forcing myself to swim relaxed.  Just wanted someone that actually knows what they're doing to check out my form I guess.. and give me some tips on how to fix what I'm doing wrong..

I haven't started yet...but, planning on going out to Twin Lakes at some point to train in open water soon.
