Some of you may know that I am on the board of the Houston chapter of Joint Association to Stop Spina Bifida...what's that you ask?
http://www.jassb.orgEvery year, we host two main fund raising events: A golf tournament and the Energy Corridor 5k.
Our 5k is October 23rd and we are in need of a group of spirited individuals who can help pump up some of the runners and walkers as they go through the course. We encourage high spirits, wearing a Halloween costume, use your imagination! It's up to you!
Would the club be up for such an appearance? There's free food involved! And of course, an opportunity to show that we do exist and perhaps some mingling in there for some additional sponsorship opportunities as well...wink wink. There will be a good number of people there that could prove to be beneficial to network and have some face time with...
