Yep. But I have problems with the swimming part. Not strong
at this. Know how to swim but never trained on swimming for race.
If we will work on this section I'm in.

Personally, I think swimming is the area you can not train much for and be ok to race.  In a sprint, the swim portion is very quick, only takes a couple minutes.  I am generally slow on the swim, like last quarter of my age group out of the water.  I've never had a problem making up time on the bike.  With the local tris, the water is generally shallow and as long as you are comfortable in the water to always keep moving toward the finish line, you will be fine.

I couldn't swim at all either about two months prior from my triathlon
Total Immersion's Freestyle Swimming video helped a bunch. Actually let me rephrase what I just said... that video taught me how to swim.. lol
I can give you a copy and also help you work on the drills if you'll like... Maybe organize a few outdoor swims at Twin Lakes also?
Let me know!

Yo Steve! I might take a look at that video if you're cool with that.

If you're wanting to do a relay sometime, let's talk too!

You should look out, you don't want to be out there by you self cramping in cold water.

Yeah for sure, wasn't planning on heading out there unless I had someone else with me.
Thanks for looking out though.
