Yep, I'm still going to keep with tradition and will run as many miles as I am turning on my birthday, so here's the plan for Wed. Dec. 23, bikes and roller blades are welcome, I could use the company and support...
4:30am: 9 mile Heights Loop starting from my house with Texas shaped waffles to follow before heading to work
11:15am: 6 miles around Memorial Park with smoothies during lunch break
6:00pm: 9 mile out and back along White Oak Hike and Bike Trail from my house with home baked pizza to follow
(I will try to hold 7:30 min/mile pace)
Pre Birthday celebration will be held Mon. Dec. 21 at the Texas Rock Gym starting at 6. So come get in your cross training, finger food and drinks will be on hand, but not on the rocks please. After party at Cedar Creek.

Awww man I'm so out of shape. I wish i can do any part of that with you, Joe. I'm looking to get back in fighting shape really soon, especially since I have more TIME.
