Are you guys planning on leaving for Dallas on Friday? Do we need to rent a van/trailer for this?

Dallas isn't far enough for a Van/Trailer rental.

"Saturday, March 13th
Hill Country Time Trial:

The Collegiate Race: Crit

Sunday, March 14th
Jesuit Ranger Roundup RR:
http://www.txbra.org/db/events/2010JesuitRoundup.pdf

N.B.
1. Pre-reg is ENCOURAGED and will be GREATLY appreciated by all promoters. The TT especially needs it in order to properly figure out individual and category start times and spacing. The TT and RR have a set-up on Bikereg... BUT you can also pre-reg by sending one e-mail per team to me with an excel spreadsheet...one page/tab of the sheet should be for each race (TT, Crit, and RR) and should be labeled clearly as such. Then the following fields should be filled in for each entrant in each race: First Name, Last Name, License Number, Team Name, Category Entered.

2. Some racers depending on category and ambition would in theory be able to race the Denton Rhapsody Crit also being held Saturday the 13th as well. It's not too far away from the TT or Collegiate Crit and all the collegiate crit start times line up such that most categories could entertain the idea of doing the triple header... some would race collegiate crit fist then USAC crit while others would race USAC crit first followed by the collegiate crit.

3. The time change happens at 2:00am Sunday morning so...before going to bed Saturday night change your clocks FORWARD one hour and be on time to your Sunday RR. (The Saturday start times are all in CST while the Sunday times are all in CDT)

4. There are lunch spots in Aubrey...please visit them... they include a Subway part way between the TT and Crit course as well as I believe a Sonic and several other places.

5. Hotels/Motels are available in Denton and Frisco... take your pick...

Looking forward to it!
