Guys,
There are some that are unable to make the usual evening rides but are open to weekend rides. Then, there are those who are new to the club and sport and would like to meet us before we get out on the open road. So, I propose the following for those who are interested:
This Saturday (2/27), let's meet at the Picnic Loop at Memorial Park Rice Stadium Parking Lot (corner of Shepherd and Rice Blvd) (around 8am) and do a VERY leisure town loop ride. Traffic will be very light, and we can meet up, greet our new members, and enjoy a good town loop as a group. We can even do a garage as well on the way!
Then, it does not end there! Oh no! For coming out this Saturday, we can all clean up (if you choose to) after our ride and meet up around 11-1130 at the St.Arnold's Brewery and enjoy a good social hour there as well! (you must be 21 to get in...sorry if this excludes some of you..and please let me know if it does and we will also arrange another social event).
If you have your pint glass, bring it! Otherwise, bring yourself (stinky or not), $7 and some food if you wish as well and enjoy some sights of the brewery from the upper floor and talk shop or whatever you choose with a fellow rider.
Who's in?!?

Even though the picnic loop isn't being ridden, it may not be the best place to meet. The trail riders for the rodeo weekend will all be there. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Alright folks...bearer of bad news:
Due to races, people having other business and weather for some...let's reschedule this for another time. It would be cool if we can perhaps do a small cookout at MP after one of our Tues/Thurs rides perhaps like in the old days...
However, if you're still interested in riding tomorrow, I will be riding out of the Starbucks @ Baybrook Mall (next to Ulta) around 8am. PM me with your number and we'll be in touch.

Weather? It is nice today.
I'd be down for a cookout at MP. I have class Tues and Thurs nights but I can work around that.
