Hey Everyone, As you can tell by now, the Specialized order has also not gone as smoothly as we would like. The Specialized and uniform orders were obviously too much for Fernando to handle, so we are going to take it from here for him. I want to check the list off of items that we have paid for, received and handed out to the original list that was ordered. I also want to figure out what ended up not being available because it was out of stock. Please do the following below. 1. Forward your original gear order that was sent to Fernando to uhcougarcycling@gmail.com2. Ok, so here is the Specialized order update. All items that were not shipped with the original items are out of stock. They were out of stock at the time and remain that way for the sponsorship deal. The good news is....drumroll.....We will place an order at the beginning of next semester shortly after the team meeting. The new Specialized items should be released by then (I do not have info on them yet) and I promise there will be a hard deadline set to get orders in and paid for. There will not be weeks that pass while we wait for people to pay or get last minute items decisions. We will do this order on time, and we will get you the stuff you paid for right away. ***All members that ordered items and did not receive them will be fully refunded. I need you to email me ( uhhcougarcycling@gmail.com) your original confirmation email from Nando that stated your order amounts if you have not done this already. If I don't get an email, I can't refund you. Thanks! |
