Hey everyone we have rented transportation for the MSU race. We will depart from the main campus as early as possible noon or earlier. The latest departure time will be 2pm so if you're not there by that time you will either not go or drive yourself. It is a long drive and we need to be there with enough time to get settled in for a full nights rest. Please pack lightly and to a minimum space is limited. Also make sure you have weekend parking permission with your student parking pass, some don't, so plan accordingly. We will meet in the student parking lot closest to Bayou Oaks apts. at the corner of Wheeler.

Does anyone know who is leaving (driving) at 12 and 2pm. Im sure most of the team would like to leave at noon and I dont mind leaving at 2pm If there is room for me.

Hey guys unfortunately our transportation plans fell through to uncontrolled circumstances. We will have to drive ourselves to MSU, but all gas cost will be paid by the club. As of right now I will be driving my truck with a the rec departments bicycle trailer, it can hold 12 bikes. I can also carry luggage and equipment in the truck bed. Five people can fit in my truck, as of right now Trey, Izzy, and Oliver have claimed a spot. We need two more people to drive to be able to fit everyone in, sorry guys. If you can drive your vehicle to the race please let me know asap and how many people you can take with you.

Andrew just claimed the last spot in my truck. People we still leave at two. Admin will only cover cost for 3 vehicles so keep that in mind.

I can drive. I can fit 4 more in my car, but 3 in the back might be tight since I drive a coupe. I'll probably drop the bikes off for the trailer though.

To all the people that are driving. Please make sure you get a detailed receipt from the gas station. You might need to walk inside the gas station for this.
