Race - Conference Championships (Texas) April 24th – 25th (Austin, TX)

Hey guys please email me at loudel78@yahoo.com  if you plan on attending this race.  Need your answer by the end of the week, and turn your waivers in to Rashad too by this time.

If you want to attend the race several things need to be done before the day of the event.

1.) Email me with you your race intentions.  loudel78@yahoo.com

2.) Filled out the three sheets at the back of the packet handed out at the Thursday January 28th Meeting - if you did not recieve this packet
     you can download a copy on the forums by going to Club Related Item - Spring 2010 Meeting and looking for a post in which I state that if
     you missed the meeting, here is a copy of the packet I handed out.  This packet not only has the forms, but tells you who they need to go
     to.

3.) Paid your $20/semester dues to the team president Nando, or me.

4.) Purchased a USA Cycling Collegiate license.  It's $30 for the annual or $10 for a one day at the event.

Monday is definitely doable next week (Wed too). I'll have to drive into Houston on Tues or Thurs to ride, which is 100 miles round trip, so Monday is best

I tried to find the collegiate rules for the TTT for girls. Is there a minimum # of girls needed to form a team to participate?

"In Conference races, teams for team time trials in the “A” category consist of at least three and up to four Riders. The time of the team is taken when the front wheel of the third Rider crosses the finish line. Team sizes for team time trials in categories B-D consist of at least 2 up to four Riders. For a two-person team, the time is taken on the front wheel of the second rider. For a three- or four-person team, the time is taken on the front wheel of the third rider."

Can somebody tell me if I heard correctly that a team jersey is needed to participate in this race? I went to sugarcycles today to buy one just in case, but they didnt have any. So then if I do need one, could someone let me borrow or buy a large or xtlarge?
