"Hey all, just talked to the chief ref about the team uniforms for this weekend. He wants (and I concur) to make sure that everyone is following collegiate cycling rules in that rule: 7I1 At each race, all riders for a team must wear similar (a) team jerseys or (b) blank jerseys with the school's name or abbreviation displayed prominently. Pretty much, what we are saying is if you are wearing CLUB (not school) jerseys you either won't be allowed to start or fined $20 if you manage to slip through and start (also possible disqualified from the race). All you need to do to comply if you don't have team kits is get blank jerseys and write/spray paint/draw/duct tape your school name/logo/ on the jersey. It doesn't even have to be school colors, just so we know what school your representing. "

Hey guys here is the travel situation. We may be able to use the bike trailer again for this race, still waiting on notice. If we can use the trailer again, I will be able to carry 12 bikes, plus some equipment/luggage in the back of my truck. I can fit 6 people in my truck, but two smaller people will have to sit in the middle of the front and and back, no carry on's on please. So I think with the truck, trailer, and two more vehicles we can do this trip, otherwise if we do not get the bike trailer, we will all have to car pool with each other and share gas costs. I can take 6 people, but only 2 bikes in my truck without the trailer. My last class is over at 1pm, but if we get the trailer we will load up bikes behind the rec. center same as last week. Also if you're on the roster, and you don't have a waiver turned in you need to contact Rashad to make sure you can go. The deadline was 2 weeks ago, unless you just joined. Hey guys does not appear that we will be taking the trailer. I can take 6 peeps, but two bikes only, I don't have a square hitch for a bike rack. So if you want to split gas with me let me know, I get out of class at 1. Otherwise I can ride with one of you and split the gas.

My bike rack holds two bikes, but I can fit a bike in the trunk and stash the bags in the back seat. In that case, I can take 2 others. I can leave anytime, preferably before traffic (1-3pm?).
