Hey Guys,
For any of you college triathletes out there check our new collegiate division out for the Trio-de-Mayo Sprint event on April 30th:
https://www.signmeup.com/site/reg/register.aspx?fid=0N2VLK7 All you need is a valid student ID to compete for your school. If you are interested, sign up and let me know what your travel plans are and I can set you up with members of our team for free housing and a collegiate pre-race party.

Hello everyone,
My name is Matt Young and I am president of the Texas A&M Triathlon Team. I am working on putting together a collegiate division for the BTU Triathlon in Bryan, Texas on April 30^th , 2006. This will be an exciting and fun event for collegiate Triathletes as well as age group racers.
You do not need to be on an official collegiate triathlon team to compete in this event for your school. You /must/ be enrolled and have proof of that through a current university class schedule, but that is the only stipulation. To be considered a team for this event you must have three or more individuals competing for your school, and the top three finishers from each university will be scored for your team. If your team is smaller than three or you are the only representative individuals are still eligible for individual honors.
The event will consist of a pre and post race party for the collegiate athletes as well as free housing available for them. This is an expensive sport and we as college athletes have to help each other out.
If you know anyone that would be interested in participating in this event, please pass this on to them. If you have any questions or would like to be added to my list of potential participants, please e-mail me back at:

I will get back to you as quickly as I can and would be happy to answer any questions. Thank you very much for your time and hopefully we will see you out there in April
Sincerely,
