Morning rides

I know a lot of you like to train in the evenings on weekdays. Since I prefer morning workouts, I haven't been joining you. Your rides start the same time I go to bed!
Anyway, if anyone else is a morning person, I ride at Memorial Park most Fridays from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM, and you're welcome to join me. My pace tomorrow will be 21-22 mph for 90 minutes. Next week, I plan to do a one hour race warm-up at 7:00 AM to get ready for the SFA road race and TT. If you plan to be out there at the same time, look for me in my UH jersey and hop on my wheel.
Also, this Sunday I will be meeting our MS150 group in front of Garrison Gym at 6:00am before they do a 60 mile ride on the I-45 feeder. I will be doing the same route myself, but probably at a faster pace (19-20 mph).
On Saturdays, I've started doing a 60 mile loop which leaves from Katy Mills Mall and goes along some nice country roads. I usually leave at 8:00 AM.
If yall want to join me on any one these ride, call my cell (713-254-2697), PM me, or just show up. I will see you at the races otherwise.

Great ride this morning, woke me up!
So what's going on tomorrow. I'm planning on meeting Alex out in Katy for a good ride starting at 8:00 am. Andres, I know you're out there, you want to join us?
Where will you be Alex?

I will be leaving from infront of the Katy Mills Sun and Ski Sports at 8:00 am to do 60 miles. My pace will be 18-20 mph in light winds or a crosswind. I need to keep the intensity easy, so if there's a 15 mph headwind like on some days, I will be going 13.
