I noticed that they have an event that says ITT. Is that similar to a Crit? Do they do the mass launch in heats?

No, the ITT is a individual time trail.
Its a race based on time within the distance given.
Its not a mass start race. One rider at a time, usually 30sec between each rider.

The transportation is on your own, which is why we try to set up carpools.
The overnight accommodations are paid for by the team. We stay at a hotel/motel for 2 nights.
Most of the time its 2 to a bed... We will post the hotel/motel info on here.
