this is not a "real" downhill section, a hardtail will work just fine.

My bad for not coming up with something sooner.  Chads been outta the office this week and getting stuff turned in hasn't happened.  It looks like driving up Saturday morning and camping for the night.  Details to come.  In the meantime, think carpool again.  Blakes not in, so our 4 person/3 bike option is out.

Vanessa, the new derailleur hanger is on the bike.  Now I just need to try and find time to put that new tire on, although its not a necessity. The bike just really needs a bath.  Do you want to pick it up tonight, or Danny can I drop it by your place?

Ok, I have a big project due Monday, so i will be driving up Saturday morning for the time trial, driving back to work on my project throughout the nite, returning to do the XC on Sunday morning, taking my worn out ass back to.....yes, work again throughout the nite.   The price of procrastination!
