Hey everyone,
  I am just letting ya'll know about the free seminars coming up at TriVantage.  Morgan and I will be going to the one this thursday the 16th at 6pm on Running Nutrition.  We will be going from there to memorial park to ride afterwards.  Also, there is one coming up on Saturday the 18th at 3pm on soft tissue recovery

Running Nutrition

Please let me or Blake know if you are going to attend so we can get back to Sam and let him know how many of us are going.  This should be a really good seminar, I have actually had her for a teacher before.  Cool
