Anyone interested in training throughout the week/workout buddy? Preferably early mornings or evening time.

What do you have in mind for training?

I usually do a brick of say X mile bike, X mile run, repeat X times.

I'll be swim training Tuesdays @8am + Mon/Wed @6pm at rec center indoor lap pool.
Bike training Tues/Thurs @5:30pm (If work doesn't get in the way). Various locations in Houston; not sure yet.
Running Thursdays @8am either inside or outside track at rec center.
These are still tentative but I will definitely be swimming tmw morning (Aug 30) 8am for sure. I have a friend who is joining me.

I'd also like to get a group together too so we can stay motivated! Grin

I'd be interested but I could only do mornings and preferably 6 or 7 am. If you post when you will train I like to join a group training.

I don't normally workout at 6am but if you want to I'd be willing to do that once in a while.

Next SWIM training:  Kickboards, Paddles and Buoys are available to borrow from lifeguard office.

Wednesday Sept 7th Swim 6PM to 7PM at REC center pool.  I'll be in a Green and Black suit with Red swim cap and already in the water finishing up teaching. Feel free to join me in my lane as it gets pretty busy at that time.   Cool

I am usually in the pool Tues/Thursday from 11:30 til about 1ish
Usual routine is doing a mile (70 lengths of the pool or 35 laps)

trying to get back to doing a mile and a half in under an hour.

-jnguyen: Bricks are fine, I usually do weights + swim/bike; weights + swim/run, I can do 6-7:30am or 5-7pm most weekdays.
-waterbb84: I could join you for a swim 6-7pm, I swim mostly M-F, are you swimming tomorrow?

Hey jfm0201, Denise and I will be there on Wednesday. I'll also be swimming Monday from 10 to 11ish. I'd also be down for some bike/run bricks, let me know.

Hey, sorry, I hardly have time to log-in, but you guys can text me/email when you're going (832-584-0192/jfm0201@gmail.com). I have a pretty big race coming up on the 17th so I'm still doing bricks for tapering now.
