Hey Folks,
I was just let know yesterday that we have another opportunity to work with UofH Athletics and raise a few bucks for Cougar Cycling.
The job will be driving golf carts to taxi peope from the far ends of the wretched parking lots to the stadium entrances. The best part is we are allowed to have tip jars on our carts!!! As hot as it is and miserable the walks will be this fall I'm pretty sure there be plenty of generous people! This will take place before the game starts and carry through the first quarter and and again from the fourth quarter till the parking lots have cleared.
If anyone wants to participate please let me know as soon as possibe. Only so many spots are available!

dern, I checked the FB game schedule to the MTB race schedule.
first 3 events are conflicting.

update:
I have been contacted by the Athletics department.
I think we may be in on this, but it won't be until the second home game on Sept. 24th.
Right now I have the following people interested:

If anyone else is interested get you name in so I can give the AD a good number when the hit me up again.

The games we will work are Oct 8, Oct 27 (Thursday night game), and Dec 3 (this would be a championship game). We will need only five people to work each game.
I have the info for everyone that volunteered thus far and the paperwork for this to go down.
That should give you enough time, Jason, to make your flyer and find us some donation jars... Thanks for volunteering... Harhar...
I'll keep everyone posted as we get closer to the dates.

They split up the games for all clubs to get a shot.
I'll see if they'll swith our game so EVERYONE can go help out at the race.
