We need to start getting a feel of how many poeple are going to want to head to Comfort, TX on September 24-25 for the UT Mountain Bike Races.  Team rosters will be setup 3 weeks in advance from here on out.

We will discuss in more depth at the meeting on Tuesday.

Please respond if you feel like this may be you.

So are there any plans yet for transportation, who's going out, when people are heading? Any logistics? I'd like to start that otherwise if possible

Agreed. Let's start getting this planned...
Let's plan to leave Friday. (I can get out of work and on the road as early 3, maybe 2)
I can fit 4 (full-size truck, but I'll need to pick up an additional bike mount during the week)
Plan on camping. I have (2) 2-man tents and a single man tent if anyone needs to borrow.
We'll return Sunday after the last race.

Also, did everyone get the license from USA Cycling?

My last class is over at 1 and i can head out after that.  Joey, is it cool if i grab a ride with you this week and then another race ill drive??  I also have a tent that we could use.

scratch my previous response. It looks like I'll be able to do a half day on Friday so I'll be able to get on the road around 1ish.

Do we have to pay for the camping fee?
