Specialized will be there with Ned Overend, and a slew of other pros and goodies. This is the weekend of our first road race, but whoever is not going, you better be at Sugar Cycles. I will get a flyer up soon.

check out their website www.sugarcycles.comYou can get a map to their store, but it's on Highway 6 near the intersection of Dulles. It is next to the LA Fitness. I encourage ya'll to go if you won't be at the road race, since they wanted us to be there. |

"If anyone can help this weekend it would be great. Blue jeans, shorts and good standing shoes. We will provide t-shirts. Ned will sign whatever you give to use. All I have are printed fliers."
I sent him another email asking what time he would want ya'll there. I will let you know when I get that info.

I will be at the Wellness Center today and Friday from 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm. I use the cyclo-trainers upstairs and I also carry my cellular phone with me while training.

I can pass in front of your workplace Friday between 11:00 am to 11:10 am or from 1:45 pm to 2:00 pm and pick it up? Just give me a call to arrange the handoff.
