Bicycle Racing is coming to RIO MX PARK in June. Matt Wurth is promoting a race under the lights
every Friday night in June. Come out and experience the fun of "Dirt Criterium" racing and bring your
family ! We're working on a sweet prize list from various sponsors. How about a mountain bike race
that is 1/2 hour from your house ? Now you don't have to drive across Texas to get your race face

Friday night is bicycle night at RIO MX PARK. Starting in June, RIO will be open for bicycle only
on Fridays starting at 6: p.m. There is a lighted track and we are working on a sweet, wooded single
track. There are miles of four-wheeler trails on the adjacent Flood control land which are great for
mountain biking. Bring your bug spray.Attention BMXers and Dirt Jumpers : RIO MX PARK wants you ! (and your shovels) RIO has
plenty of space and dirt and wants to create a dirt jumping scene in Houston ! Al has tractors
and needs the help and design input of bicycle dirt jumpers to create a killer jumping park
and BMX track.
A cross country mountain bike race on a five mile course featuring a wide, hilly motocross track, a spectator-friendly motocross jump track and single track trails through the woods. We have added 3 miles of wooded single track to spice it up and are working on more daily. No license required. We decided to change the format from a dirt crit. just on the motocycle track to a longer XC race to take advantage on the beautiful wooded areas and make it more interesting.
