Bunch of pansies! See Blake thats why I use the polar bottles, ass. I tried to tell you I have to keep my drink as cold as possible. But like always you like to make generalizations without knowing the facts or reasons! I drink Accelerade when I ride and from experience the lemon-lime tastes the best......mix it a little strong, nothing tstes worse than diluted whey protein.

hahaha, I am German, but who knows bikes better than the Italians (certainly not the Canadians) It's ok about the lead out, I won some and lost some against Ernesto. Eh, a win is a win, but I still won't brag about the New Orleans crit, but I will laugh at the fact that Matt tried an attack with 2 laps to go.
