Amen brother, you and me both. Also, quick question on fluid trainers. How do you increase the resistance, since there's not a knob on the trainer for it (or atleast I think there isn't). Do you just shift up?

There is no adjustment on a fluid trainer.  The fluid is the only adjustment which is automatic of course depending on how fast you are pedaling.

Right, so if you want more resistance, what do you do? Cant be done or you pedal faster/shift up?

Unfortunately during racing is when trainers are most needed. For pre-race warm-ups and the sort.

It is okay, that just means that yall have to win this weekend. I am going to buy one next week. I was thinking about getting the Cyclops Fluid Trainer, or the Magnetio. Any suggestions and why would you get that one. I am training hard core for the next triathlon on May 12th. In new braunsfels.
