next wednesday, Oct 17, there will be a FREE swim clinic at the UH recreation natorium.  There will be certified swim coaches to give stroke advice and video tape your stroke.  Morgan and Anthony have been great, so I'd like to see a video of me swimming.  There are 12 spots available.  Anyone can sign up at the welcome desk in the rec center.

Starting Tuesday I won't be able to make 9:30 practices.  I will be working now at that time so if anyone wants to practice earlier or has any other suggestions let me know.  If not I know Anthony is available at that time.
