Get ready it starts Saturday in London!  There are already plenty of controversies.  Petacchi is out of the tour and possibly out for a year after a "non negative" blood test from the Giro d'Italia.  Team CSC, Rabobank, and Quickstep have still not signed the contract on doping which must be signed to compete in this year's tour.   Who the hell is going to win this year, I think it is even more open than last year's.  This year, we are definitely going to get a group together to watch some of the stages at Buffalo Wild Wings!

It's probably A.  I think the only 2 companies that lay claims to designing their own stuff is specialized (only for their high end stuff), and Trek which does everything in house.  Beyond that i dont think anyone has the r&d money to do this.
