Currently I am using Cliff Recovery, and Cytomax while I ride.  If it is really hot, I opt. for ELoad.  List what you use and maybe we will try and get a product sponsorship from one of them.

EFS is the best! I really like all the first endurance products. A sponsorship from them would open us to a whole slew of good products.

I found a hard  copy of one from the 2004/2005 season.  I know I have the file deep inside my computer, is that something you could use?  If not, I would need to do some updates on it.  I can send it in pdf format.

Gatorade powder for riding, and Endurox for recovery. I need to get some Eload or maybe even try our EFS since brian is such a strong supporter of it.

I used to use EFS until my dentist pointed out the sugar was staining my teeth. I switched to Hammer HEED recently, which has only 2 g of sugar per serving, and I like it. They put steva in it, so it doesn't taste like sawdust. On hot days, I'll drop a tablet of Nuun into each of my water bottles to increase the sodium content. Chocolate milk has become my recovery drink of choice since moving to Boulder because it's cheap and it works. I'm thinking about switching to something with no sugar though, so I don't have to remember to brush my teeth after every ride. That reminds me, I have to go do that now.

Oops, did I say Endurox, I meant Ultragen. I used to use Endurox before, both taste like crap anyways. I like alex's method, I'll switch over to my favourite beverage once my Ultragen runs out.

I used to use excelerade but it really doesnt taste the best.  I now use EFS and it works well for me.  Although I dont like the fact that it stains teeth so I dont know.  Also lemon is better than tangerine.  I also like to use chocolate milk for recovery.

It doesn't matter what you use as long as you use it within 30 min because that is when you get the most absorbtion which is the most important aspect, also you must eat something with more calories within an hour and a half

well i am going to be racing to get to sugar cycles before it closes for some energy drink stuff.  I have been using EFS but I wanted to try out Heed.  Would it be horrible to switch right before a race?  Does it matter?
