too much K will case cramping as well. The reason for the cramping in this case is fluids. However I do not think that expensive sports drinks from any kind are going to make it better.,

See, I like Beer for recovery, I am more of a Margarita person during a race.  I like to replenish my salt since I have a tendency toward electrolyte imbalances.

are you talking Israeli ale?    A good German Hefe...has only about 7g.  This was more about the cramp pain deadening than the carbs

Dude I don't drink beer I remember that at the most I saw 20 or something around it. and most of them are around 10-15ish.

The statement should have been I suppose that "beer would have 20 g of carbs in them at the most. Weather they are pensy or regular."
