Fabien Cancellara is the TT World TT champ for the second year in a row as of today.  But the thing I want to know the most about is this bike David Millar was seen on.
I know those wheels are Zipps, and not the usual Mavic that his team is sponsored by.  Maybe their relationship went sower after he broke 2 wheels in the TdF final time trial a couple months ago.  The frame is throwing me off, but the rear dropouts and the bottom bracket area should help me figure it out.  It just doesn't look like the Scott he usually rides.

These aren't his normal 2 piece Ritchey bar set up either

Di Luca has withdrawn from the world's road race, current world champion Paolo Bettini has also been asked not to race for possible involvement with Patrick Sinkewitz's positive test result for using a testosterone gel.  He also has not signed the UCI clean rider agreement.
