Okay so Iron star is a half ironman, and were hoping to put a relay together. I will swim and joe said that he would run. So now we just need a biker to bike 56miles for us. So all of you that are afraid of Tri's becuase of all the swiming and running well now you don't have to be because it is covered. You can be a boy or a girl It will be a fun experience I know that several of the sugar cycle people will be out there.

I just did the same length bike ride on my road bike and did just fine, I am sure that you can handle

I averaged almost 19 on a hilly course. You will be fine. I am sure that you can use phillip's transition
