The Houston Marathon has been sold out for months.

I thought that, but I received this email--yesterday-- from active.com to register for it. I just thought it was a different run.

for those interested in reading my experience at this year's Houston Marathon, follow this link to my profile on facebook

it's a bit lengthy but it may be motivating for those thinking of running 26.2 miles

I'll be running around Rice and Herman Park starting around 5:00ish.  You're welcome to join.  I'm not going out fast or hard, just a recovery run for me, somewhere between 4-6 miles at 8-10 minute miles.  Post back here if you want to meet up.  I generally park in the west lot stadium.

Hey guys, I run with a group that practices Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings.  Check out Kenyanway.com.  The coach is Sean Wade, and he's a RIDICULOUS runner, best marathon time is 2:10!  Anyhow, it's really helped improve my running a lot in the month that I've been with them already.  It's not too expensive either.  The next program I'll be doing is Kenyan Nights, and it starts late April I believe
