I am inviting anyone interested to join me for brick workouts every Friday morning at the UH Rec Center
You don't have to have any experience, just come out and see if you have fun
These workouts involve two disciplines which allows you to practice the transitions between swim/bike and bike/swim

Also I am generally in the Rec Center pool around noon 3 days out of Monday thru Thursday.  If you want to join me, just call me up.

I do speed work at the UH track about once a week.  Anyone can join me there as well or do part of a long run with me.

Swimming during the week around noonish
Friday morning anytime between 6-2
Run generally in the late afternoon like 5ish

I haven't done anything physical in weeks, so I might be at the gym tomorrow morning.

Yes the pool will be closed during the C-USA swim meet. I am still waiting on a email from the swim coach but the are in need of volunteers and all you have to do is click a stop watch and you will get fed for doing it. So if you are interested let me know and I can get you some information. As an incentive for the guys this will be a girls swim meet. So there will be a lot of very in shape women walking around in very tight swim suits. So if you need that kind of incentive then there it is. Have a great day.
