I want a head count of experience.
Who has ever wanted to try a triathlon, or who has ever participated in one?

I want to plan a day over a weekend to get a group together to do a small triathlon at the University of Houston Rec Center.  It wouldn't be competitive, but more of a team building event.  We can have a post race party with music and food or what have you.

Is anyone interested?

I've done a couple sprint distance tris, but I haven't really been running or swimming lately

ok, cool

I was thinking sometime in March, swim for 20/30/40 minutes, then go for a bike ride and run some.  Up until then we can have training days on Fridays to improve swim stroke, cycling cadence and running gait.  I think we all got cycling down, just have to work on swimming and maybe running.

don't worry Morgan, you will be able to swim since you are an active member of the team.  I'm going to arrange for the pool to be in the 50 meter setup and that the doors leading outside be available for us, so that you don't need to go through the front desk check in.

Good luck with the door thing, the best way for her is to make her a coach.  I thought this was already set up when she was teaching the swim classes with Anthony.

I thought it was to, I will talk with Lara and get all of it straightened out, however she will be out of the office for about a week or so. This all sounds like a great deal
