3 g of sugar/serving is a buttload?  is there some kind of invisible sugar in there that i'm missing?

i'm thinking of cytogainer/max recovery.  another cytosport product.  very carb heavy.

not a ton of sugar in MM, but when you're used to drinking stuff with none in it, 3g tastes like a lot  Cheesy

muscle milk light is a good alternative, although its kind of bland tasting (a relatively new product tends to suffer that fate)

syntha 6 by BSN is *amazing* tasting, it recommends two scoops per serving.. but i can usually get away with one scoop

this stuff can get expensive too.. I try and buy my powder at sam's or costco.. i scored a 6lbs bag of myoplex at costco for 39 bucks... 6lbs of most lean protein powders usually will run you almost 100 with tax  Shocked
