Morgan and I have been wanting to start doing a 20 mile ride followed by at least a 3 mile run, just not sure on what days to do it.  I kind of dont want to mess up the t-th ride nights, but maybe one of them might have to change to a brick for me.

prob untill the summer when some of our schedules get better we can work on a true schedule for the briks. but as far as present running after the tues and thurs rides would workout for me.

how ironic...
while I don't know what "brick workouts" are, from reading this I'm assuming it's kind of like cross-training?

anyways, last night, after we all started packing up and leaving... I wished I had brought my tennis shoes to go for a jog/run.

I'll be in for this.

I say we do the rides on T - Th and do a loop or two at times...

I'm up for that.

I was planning on driving there tonight so that I can.  I guess we could ride 20-25 miles then run.
