I should be at memorial every night but wednesday this week.  Probably starting around 6-6:30, I will be trying to get at least 1:30 in of riding then running afterwards.

I train religously on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:20 pm to 7:20 pm at Memorial Park.

For those of you new to Cougar Cycling, my name is Joel and I am an old veteran(since 2003) that enjoys road cycling.  I am the only 38 year old Filipino man out there at M-Park riding a metallic grey 51 cm Orbea Orca.   So come holla at me.

I cruise at 19 mph and drive at 22 mph for 2 mile intervals.  If you want to go faster, follow Blake.  He's got a steady wheel.

thanks for leading me through trails that jacked up my front wheel.

Been there, done that.  My local bike barn trued back my front wheel while I waited and only charged my a few bucks.

Well the roller derby season is over so I'm going to try and get back out on the loop and get back into shape. Who is going to be out there Thurs? On the loop of course.
