Is that just me that learned about that right now?

 Sounds like BS for me since we are not fish.

Did any one try that thing in the past or it's something really new?

I've heard of some type of gel that you can breath in and out like air, but that's sci-fi stuff. I think I saw that in a old movie once.

If it was in the liquid you'd probably just burp it up; the same way you burp up co2 in coke, right?  I'm not the type to buy a [most likely] $5 bottle of water to find out though.

The Human body is not capable of absorbing oxygen through the stomach, it is done solely in the lungs during respiration. So this product is a scam.
